Monday Plan
Departure and Travel
We will allow time for settling bills and packing cars. The walk is at Killerton House a few miles north of Exeter, which is convenient for the journey home. The drive is about 16 miles, and Google estimates 36 minutes, but the route is awkward so it may take longer. We hope to be walking by 1015.
The Walk
We start this walk from the National Trust car park at Killerton House, and walk through the park. The distance is about 3½ miles, and the walking is easy with only moderate hills. Click for a map of the walk.
Lunch
There is a café at Killerton House. Alternatively, you could stop somewhere on the way home, either in Cullompton or at services on the M5.
Return
We will make no attempt to return together.
