Breakfast is available from 0745 to 0900.
Departure and Travel
Today‘s walk starts from the front of the hotel, and we hope to be walking by 0915.
The Walk
This is a linear walk from Swanage to Corfe Castle. Although it is over 5 miles, it is easy walking. There are spectacular views behind, so we will stop occasionally to look back. Click for a map of the walk.
Lunch
Corfe Castle has 3 pubs and 2 cafés, so we should all be able to find lunch in the village.
The Afternoon
We have made no specific plans for Tuesday afternoon. We expect that some of you will want to visit the castle, which is a National Trust property. You can return to Swanage either by bus or by the heritage steam railway. You can find other ideas by clicking the Afternoons button.
Evening
Dinner will be at 1900, and will be followed by an activity (not a quiz) organised by Sue N.
